DEPOSITS FOR SCHEDULING
A non-refundable deposit will be required to book an appointment for any of my services. Your deposit is good for 6 months from the exact payment date. The deposit amount will come off the total price of your service. If you do not spend that deposit within 6 months of paying it, it will be forfeited. Deposits will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment or within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and will not go towards your reschedule. A new deposit will be required to rebook. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time outside of the 48 hour window. If you reschedule a second separate time, you will forfeit your original deposit and will be required to pay a new nonrefundable deposit to keep your rescheduled appointment.
LATE/TARDINESS FOR APPOINTMENT
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, You risk losing your appointment and being able to reschedule. Please be respectful of my time and understand that I may have clients scheduled directly after you. If you are running late please have the courteousy to contact me and let me know but depending on my schedule for that day, I may or may not be able to accommodate to you.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
If you no call/no show for any appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. You will no longer be accepted as a client and you will not be allowed to rebook. My time is valuable, and so are my other clients, when you don't show up for your appointment, you are taking away not only my time but other potential clients time. I also work with/ share space at the shop with my co-workers who also accommodate for me, as i do for them. Be Respectful or you will lose privileges to booking with me.
REQUIRED TOUCH-UPS
You are required to book your 6-8 week touch up appointment after your first initial appointment. If it has been more than 8 weeks after your initial appointment then you will need to book a 3-8 month touch up service, which will be priced accordingly. Please understand permanent makeup is a two-step process for optimal results.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be 18 years or older to receive a service. An ID is required when coming into the shop for your appointment. We do not tattoo minors in our shop. Respectfully I ask that you do not bring your children with you to your service. If you do bring small children to your appointment, you will be respectfully asked to leave and reschedule.
Clients who are ineligible to book
Not everyone is a candidate for cosmetic tattoo procedures. If any of the contraindications apply to you then you are ineligible to book. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your eligibility, please reach out to me via email.

You are not a candidate if you are:
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Under the age of 18
Taking immunosuppressive medication/have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder
Currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment, or have within the last 12 months (must have doctor’s clearance)
Unable to lay on your back for 2-3 hours
Have any active infection/are taking antibiotics (must be finished with antibiotics 14 days prior).
Have an upcoming surgery within 4 weeks
Taking blood thinning medication
Noncompliant with precare & aftercare instructions
Have been to the tanning bed within 4 weeks prior
Have a sunburn in the area to be tattooed
Have skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, etc. in the area to be tattooed
Diabetic who has uncontrolled blood sugar
Currently taking painkillers
Have undiagnosed/untreated heart issues
Have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
Have extremely textured skin or deep set wrinkles
Have had peels/laser/micro needling within the past four weeks
Using skincare containing Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, AHA’s, BHA’s, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid
Have taken Accutane in the past year
Have had laser resurfacing in the past year
Have had botox injections on the forehead within 3 weeks
At high risk of infection/must take antibiotics during dental work
Trichotillomania diagnosis
*If you book an appointment and come in with any of these contraindications, you will not be tattooed. Your deposit will be forfeited.
Covid 19/Wearing a Mask
Regarding Covid-19 and everything going on in the world currently I do ask that if you make an appointment with me and you are suffering from any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath PLEASE cancel or at the very least post pone your appointment with me. If you have traveled anywhere out of state/country Atleast a week prior to your appointment or you have been around someone who has been tested positive PLEASE NOTIFY ME. We must be respectful of those around us and to keep ourselves safe! These are difficult times but we got this as long as we stay cautionary!
Masks are also optional while you are in the shop. If you forget a mask and would like to wear one, disposable masks are available.
Respect in the workspace
Disrespecting any artist in the shop, any race, or any gender will not be tolerated. Homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, etc is absolutely unacceptable. You will not be accepted as a client or be allowed in the shop if you cannot abide by this.
Just remember, we are ALL equals.
